I have passed Ho Wok for years and never considered stopping there until I read glowing recommendations for their food on the NextDoor neighborhood networking website.  I gave them a try and am so glad I did!  I have been back 3 times since!

Pork fried rice has large chunks of pork, not the gross fatty globs and gristle or tiny "crumbs" that many Chinese restaurants.  Rice has great flavor.  Chicken with the sweet and sour chicken is the perfect size, with just the right amount of crispy breading.  I wasn't a fan of the lo mein, I thought it was a little greasy, but it also had a generous amount of lean pork and I will probably give it another try.  Take out containers have been filled to overflowing each time I ordered.

This is a take-out only restaurant, with no room for tables and chairs.  Just a pick up counter and room for a line to queue when busy.  The place a little worn and ragged looking.  Overlook appearances and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Ordered takeout and it tasted like the week's leftovers! Horrible!  Egg rolls tasted like it was old, chicken was dry, and the lo mein had old chicken & pork and way too spicy to cover up the fact that it was leftovers from the week. Yuk!!!!

This was regrettable. I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and though it only cost 10.75, the chicken was over cooked and thin so it was mainly like eating dough. The fried rice was the only redeemable part of the meal, but that was some what basic and had 2 chucks of pork in the rice. I cannot say I would be returning to this location.

Very disappointed.  This place had been recommended by numerous people so we tried tonight for the first time.  They forgot our egg roll with the combination, the rice and plum sauce for my mou shu and the fried noodles for the soup.  To top it off, the food was mediocre at best.  I recently moved to the area and am still looking for a decent Chinese restaurant.  We won't be coming back here again.

This was not only the worst Chinese food I've ever had, but some of the worst food I have ever seen in my life period. I've never met anybody who could botch a General Tso's chicken, but these people have drug mediocrity to the darkest depths possibly known to man. There was no flavor or texture to the "batter", seemed as if it was given a quick roll in flour and tossed in the microwave. The sauce was a gelatinous slime of blandness, not a hint of spice or any other flavors present. The broccoli was so over cooked and nasty I wouldn't slap your wrist if you told me it was straight out of a can. My wife got the Moo Goo Gai Pan and that was so disgusting looking it would bring me to an irreversible depression to try and even explain the horror of it. A TV dinner would have been a far better substitute. Please don't eat this disgusting food. Go to McDonalds, eat a PBJ, do anything else. These people have disgraced the great land of China.
